Cancellation/Refund Policy: Deposits and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds of any portion of the camp fees (minus €200 processing fee) may only be made when written notice of cancellation and a request for refund is received by July 1 for summer camp and four weeks before the start of vacation week camps.

Cancellations Due to Medical or Emergency

Circumstances In some cases, refunds may be granted after the cancellation and refund period for medical or emergency circumstances only. A written notice of cancellation with an explanation of medical or emergency circumstances must be provided for a refund request to be considered. Additional documentation may be requested by the skate camp team. Partial or full refunds for medical or emergency circumstances will be at the discretion of the skate camp team after reviewing the request. Refunds in full will be offered for campers or household members who have COVID-19 symptoms, exposure, or a positive test within two weeks of the start of the camp. Inclement Weather Some activities may be canceled when weather conditions are unsuitable. Alternative activities will be provided. Camp sessions are held regardless of weather, but programs may be modified due to inclement weather. Refunds are not given when activities are canceled due to inclement weather.

Session/Workshop Cancellation

If a program is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, every effort will be made to place the attendee in a similar program.

Changes in Cancellation and Refund Procedures may make changes to cancellation and refund procedures when considering the health and safety of campers and staff. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, leaving early, being dismissed for unruly behavior, or being unable to attend all or part of a session for any other reason.

Certification Program Policy:

Upon the conclusion of the course, candidates have up to 3 months to complete any missing assignments Any extension beyond 3 months must be in writing and is at the discretion of the ICP office. 

Requests to cancel a registration must be sent via email to the ICP office at [email protected]. A $75 USD cancellation fee will apply.  This fee can be applied to a future program (online or in person) within 2 years of the original program date.

  • Once course is accessed by the candidate no refunds will be given. Transferring registration to a future course must be done by sending a request to [email protected]
  • No refunds are given for candidates who have taken the certification course in its entirety, regardless of passing outcome. ICP Retest/Refund Policy
